Perfect property , it was great . Spa facilities me and my family used . Pool is great and amazing . I have an autistic brother and he loved the pool and jacuzzi . Shazoda , Robert , Rihanna , Katorina and Lelia were exceptional in their services. The Reception girls and bellboy were helpful and proactive and any problems we had we could turn to them , Diyora , Renata ,Malika , Abdugaffor, Aznur . Not to mention , the room service was fantastic. My autistic brother liked the chips served . The Room Service Team , Shakzod Abdurakhmon . I loved my stay it clearly stayed up to the hype of being the most luxurious place in the whole of Uzbekistan.

Breakfast was excellent, rooms were modern and clean, bathroom excellent, rooftop restaurant very good. The spa was very nice and the pool was good. Initially they got my booking wrong and allocated me a twin room but after a couple of hours they found me an equivalent double room. The hotel was fully booked during my stay, but these booking oversights are generally not acceptable. I am glad they fixed it. Even though the twin rooms are far bigger than the double rooms :) They were also extremely helpful when I left my phone in the taxi on the way to the airport, connecting me with the taxi driver.

The breakfast is great, true taste of the Uzbeck food and lots of fresh fruits. The table service is in time and for sure is better than other Hiltons I've stayed. Bed is very comfortable, security people did keep their eye on this place 24hrs, and I like the sense of international that you can see vistors from all over the world stay here. After all, I suggest vistors to check the city park at 7pm. Seeing locals with their children in the park playing around is the scene I'll always remember.

Pool was really amazing and great views, especially in the evening. Room was always cleaned, and requested pillows were provided. Lively park and entertainment in the park opposite. Very clean, modern, and lady from Enjoy travel helped with train tickets.
